Andrei is that special kind of person with absolutely no technical problems but lots of solutions. He likes challenges (only after 10 a.m and his first shot of coffee), he's the one constantly advocating for new technologies and code improvements. He has worked with us, as a technical analyst, web programmer and application developer,  since the beginning in 2006 when the company was born so he took part in all our important business projects. Basically, it's mainly his fault for anything that is good about our company ;-)
