Support and Maintenance

For most of our customers we offer support and maintenance services based on an annual contract.

These services are needed to keep the products alive and interesting for its users. We speak here of text/photos updates, add-ons, new product versions, new menus or sections, technical updates of the technologies used and so on.

With the assistance we offer, we avoid overloading the client with technical stuff and useless information and let him focus on his business or product.

There is a monthly fee paid but in exchange for that the client gets:

• A system where he can report the issues
• He’ll receive an answer from us about the problem or update and when we can take care of it
• According to this type of contract we keep the knowhow about the project. We are up to date with the novelties in the technologies used in the projects
• These customers have priority over those who do not have a monthly support contract.
• We often offer new solutions and suggestions for promoting the client’s product because when he ‘grows’ we ‘grow’ also.
