CMS based development

We have decided to start using Joomla CMS some time ago based on its maturity and demand from our customers. Joomla's popularity is indisputable and its position at the top of the open-source and free CMS systems makes it a good choice for web development expertise. More than this, its extensions internal system, based on components,modules and plugins gives us the necessary freedom to write custom code and functions inside Joomla, extending its capabilities and deliver lots of custom required functions to our customers, outside the standard Joomla core

Joomla it is now our first choice for CMS based websites development. We've used several CMS systems before (see below on this page) but we've concluded that for the moment, for small to medium presentation or e-commerce websites it is the perfect tool. We send our gratitude to the entire Joomla community, especially to developers of the Joomla core for this wonderful piece of software.

CMS Made Simple is an open source content management system that allows faster and easier management of website content. This CMS is scalable for small businesses to large corporations.

Important features of CMS Made Simple: SEO Friendly URLs, integrated and online help, modular and extensible, easy user and group management, group-based permission system, every page can have different theme, design protected from content editors, auto generated menu.

After many attempts to build websites using several well known CMS platforms we started to analyze each one's strong and weak points. And because our work involves dealing with extremely refined layouts we ended up making our own CMS, targetted at those particular projects with a high level of design, details and interactions which normally overwhelmed the regular (but en-vogue) content management systems.

ILCMS recently reached version 1.5. Its interface, gracefully handling the website’s content and configuration is entirely built using the fabulous ADOBE FLEX platform (we’re big fans !) opening up new ways to create unique interface interactions and a friendly user experience even for the less skilled persons.
