About Monitorul Oficial P VI-a This complex web based application completely transformed and computerized an entire working process at the "Monitorul Oficial R.A." state institution. The system was specially built to facilitate a fast and easy access to the state's public aquisition deals. While the content is entirely managed by the "Monitorul Oficial" staff with the help of a custom made web based administration interface, the contracting authorities get an easy access to the public information. Finally, all the colected data is directly sent to print, using the system's internal functions. |

Technical analysis and system architecture concept:
In a step by step dialogue with our client we indentified all the necessary functions and requirements of the future application. Given the scale of the entire project, we also made a complex evaluation of the existing resources and a list of new resources to be added, making sure that not even a small detail will be left behind. Finally we gathered all the data, all the project's specs into a comprehensive written document which later on, during the implementation phase, served as a precise set of guidelines for our graphic designers and programmers.
Graphical layouts for the sofware application:
Based on the specifications provided by the client we made a set of graphical layouts for all the sections of the application. Together we optimized and improved the layouts until they fit perfectly to the client's needs, making them easy to understand, easy to handle by the end users (both the internal staff and the external contractors)
Custom made software development:
We shaped the whole processing of the public aquisition contracts announcements using jBPM. In the past, most of them were received by fax or mail. Now this whole process is entirely computerized, starting with the data input, going through data validation and finally reaching the print, in the form of QuarkExpress files, as required.
Implementation and testing:
We built the system to be flexibile enough for the three specified main user profiles: contract authorities (halls, prefectures, state institutions), external collaborators and RAMO employees, to allow an efficent and intuitive tool able to be even more adaptable in the future through new functions. The entire system was thorougly tested, in detail, by both us and RAMO staff.
