Make a Forest presentation website

About Make a Forest presentation website: A presentation website that we built for the Make A Forest project, a Throwing Balls initiative started by Joanna van der Zanden and Anne van der Zwaag. They both create projects to interconnect art and design with the modern society and encourage creative thinking. The site displays projects around the world. Each project is symbolized by a nice tree in a virtual forest, acting as a link to the project's detailed content. This content is enterly written by users, in the form of articles or blog posts.

There are also a lot of images and videos which give a greater insight on the MakeAForest projects.

New stuff and improvements:

Content Management System:
The customized CMS allows easy administration of all the projects, texts, images and video material on all the site's pages. More projects are easy added, having their own dedicated page.

Events calendar:
The CALENDAR section displays past, current and future events, ordered by date.

HUMUS - visitors articles:
This section displays articles submitted by the visitors, moderated by the site administrators.

Website maintenance and tech support:
Post-delivery the client also signed in for a "support and maintenance" service package.
