Here, at iConsult we do not just sit down and take notes while listening to a customer. Instead we often help him sharpen his ideas and refine the web concept he’s trying to promote. Direct communication with our customers has always been and will always be one of our top priorities.

Designs, mockups, interface interactions, notes, they are all sent to the customer to be throughly reviewed before taking to the next level, the coding phase. Whenever is necessary, we go back, review and change the plans as many times as needed. All that matters is the final success of the project and the customer's satisfaction.

We’ve played with all major technologies in web industry and the most important lesson we learned is that there is no ideal programming language, framework or database. Considering each project, its resources, its future as a product and so on ... we’ll give the pros and cons in using one technology or another. Java, PHP, RubyOnRails, .NET, etc, any of them may provide the right tools as long as it perfectly the customer’s purposes.

If asked what we love most (in terms of programming, of course), our answer will come swiftly: RubyOnRails and iOS development. Not that we’re reluctant to other technologies, but we came to appreciate these particular ones after playing with a lot of tech stuff.

Being in the position of one who’s developing software products and tries to monetize them makes us a powerful partner for customers who are working with us on project basis.
